Amtrak Cascades (Talgo) wheelset/car connection

Fans of the Amtrak Cascades (Talgo) trainset hope for a z-scale model to be produced. Rob Kluz reports that AZL considered producing such a trainset, but that the car connection was particularly difficult (particularly using the injection-molded plastic process). Perhaps this photo illustrates how tight and complicated such a connection on an AC trainset would be to reproduce. In addition, check out the wheelset, and how different it is from more typical wheelsets (whether on freight- or passenger- cars), seemingly requiring a new type of (modeled) wheels.
