Joe, look MUCH better behind the steam !!! As for ground level, place the camera so that the bottom 1/4 or 1/3 is below the board edge. Shoot a high depth-of-field shot (Aperature mode) and don't zoom in too tight. Crop the photo to normal proportions when trimming off below the board edge. Also, place a few waving Z scale figures just off the road and an auto so really set the scale. Sweet shot there.
