I always like looking at photos of your layout because you run such a different variety of locos. I wish I had more space, but it looks like maybe next year if things work out since I'm going back to school to finish graphic design we are going to purchase a bigger home and we are looking at homes that have a bigger basement so I can have "The man's room" where I'm hopping to build a larger layout.

Thanks Geza! My loft is only 11ft x 12ft, but it loops around 5 times now. True it takes up the whole space and it gets crowded with more than 2 people up there! Good luck with your house hunt! Cheers, Bob.

Your layout has always been an inspiration to me I also like TWICK9/Bryan's because he has a nice British layout and believe it or not I really like Rod Stewarts layout I know he has an HO scale layout but I love those 50's sky scrapers in New York along with the elegant steam locos.

Yes, Brian's is amazing. So many little cameos on it, and his ballasting is perfect. Hard to believe it's n scale. I was blown away by Rod's city scenes - so much detail.

Your loft is only 9x12? That's amazing. The layout looks so much bigger in your pictures and videos.

      Hey Joe how you doing.

Do you have a helix on your layout Bob or its just one layer layout not more.

Thanks Joe. Oops it's 11x12 sorry.(I have edited the post now)
Geza: No helix. It just works it's way round rising all the way(except at Union Station) 28" in a length of 162ft of double track main and 20ft of single track (new bit), so the main line is 5.5 scale miles, but as it is really a very long dogbone, I could cheat and say the mainline run is 11 miles! I have been asked for a track plan, but every time I start one I get a headache!
