The Indiana Railway Museum, now located in French Lick Indiana, was originally in Westport, In. about 80 miles east, Here's their excursion train lumbering down their ex Milwaukee track. October, 1968

      I'll bet that track was not in great shape? Where is this engine today?

      I e-mailed Indiana Railway Museum about the engine but haven't got any response yet.
      The track really wasn't that bad, Milwaukee used this interchange to NYC until about 1966.

      I was trying to remember when the Milw cut that line back to the Bedford area. Nothing comes into mind.

      The line from Seymour to Westport was abandoned mid-sixties. Bedford - Seymour lasted until late seventies I think. My wife and I hitched a ride to Seymour and back about '75. The only business they had then was interchange with the B&O, 2 - 3 times a week.
      BTW, Milwaukee Depot at Seymour still standing.

      Do you have a photo of Seymour depot? Did it have board and batten siding?
