      Is this moved away from tracks? The roof looks solid. Someone must still use it?

      No. The tracks just moved away from the building.
      Both B&O and NYC tracks were behind the building. Ex B&O tracks were last and were pulled up about 5 years ago.
      I think it's still owned by the cable tv company and used for storage.
