Dispatcher Panel, Foamboard prepwork

LEDs indicating turnout positions are currently mounted on a foamboard panel pending final design arrangements. Track plan and blocks are drawn in Excel. Only motorized T/Os along the mainlines have Dispatcher Panel LEDs.
