Helix Base in place

Put the Helix Baseplate into place. Supports and sub-roadbed and all the Vertical bits of the helix get screwed / glued to this. Marked support locations; lower (staging) deck enters the helix at #2. Upper deck leaves helix at #5, about 12 inches later. Reverse loop for upper deck leaves helix at #1, 10.8" later.
