More Progress on 2nd and 3rd N SP SW1500 Bashes

Opted for open shutters on one unit and closed on the other. Discovered that Evergreen's .040 spacing clapboard was perfect for representing the eight closed shutters. The visible fan was scratchbuilt out of styrene and the open shutters were made from .040 x .010 styrene strips.

      Now that's a brilliant modification. I tried adding a front rad fan awhile ago to an old Athearn SW7 but the P2k GP9 fan i used was prob too small. I will however try this mod to my next SP SW1500 project. Thanks
