      No, this is on the other side of the country. This is the original line between Mexico City and the port of Veracruz on the gulf coast. The old Ferrocarril Mexicano, completed in 1872. This particular location is near the town of Maltrata, Veracruz, just a bit west of Orizaba.

      This section of line was abandoned around 1986 when they built the new Acultzingo cutoff, longer but with half the gradient.
