Beautiful. Noticed the hatch cover had detailed hinges and closures. What did you use for the dome ends?
Mike, Doug, and Brenner, thank you for your positive reply, I appreciate it. I rolled the tube from .015 sheet brass and add three bulkheads for strength. The ends were from a brass rod turned on a lathe. The details were scratched from brass, less the manway cover, air tank and the ABD valve. The car was used to haul Kymene from our local Hercules plant in Brunswick, GA to Macon, GA, a trip of 200 miles. Kymene was used to give paper that slick look. I was able to photograph and measure the car at the plant. Regards, Bobby
