Welcome to TrainBoard. I see you came in through the modeling fora. You are invited to browse around the rest of the board. I am sure you will find interesting conversation and some ideas you can use on your layout.
Welcome Patrick, I used to live in St. Lambert on the South Shore; I love Montreal. When I clicked on your site, it went a little bizarre visually and couldn't make anything out. What are you modeling, anything specific, or free lancing?
Well the site i put up is actually just a community, I didn't do a site specific on my layout. My layout is a 4x6 Canadian railway (Cp and GTW) in the transition era. I have a load of modern engines i got for 100$ but i wont use them, maybe one day i'll sell them or something, but now, I prefer to keep them i hardly got any rolling stock or engines for my era yet but i'm waiting to complete the layout before buying them
Amtrackin, Where in Indiana, used to date some one a long time ago in New Albany, across from Louisville. What are you knowledgeable in with model railroading and electronics? I see you mod a DCC forum, how's your knowledge of computer running and signalling with DCC?
