Having be dormant in RR'ing for a few years, I've literally cleaned of the train board and am starting to rebuild. I also pulled the trigger and got a new engine for my town. Stay tuned for updates. Pig.jpg Pig Gap 2020.jpg

Did you already purchase the R078? I have one and find it can be pretty finicky about which trains/cars traverse it consistently and which don't. I'll venture that very light, or long cars, are often pulled off it and smaller Marklin steam engines also have trouble navigating it. My modern AZL locos do better, I plan to replace mine with R007/6's. Of course it may just be the R078 I got.

All of my rolling stock and engines are either AZL or MTL. The "Pig" is the only Marklin I own, and just had to have it.

Based on my limited experience AZL and MTL should be good with that R078. I was only frustrated with that Crossover and some Marklin stuff.
