    Exciting news if you want to do LMS in the pre-war period

    For those of you in the U.S this was the loco that toured America and Canada in 1933 and amazed the people with what it could haul despite its small size compared to American locos of the day

    I'm ordering a couple tonight with a view to fitting it to the Marklin P8 chassis. Sadly none survive in this form with the parallel boiler unlike the rebuilt version with the taper boiler and double chimney where we are lucky to have two out on the mainline on charter trains as I type
