After I finnished a couple of more G39 Ore Jennies, thought I would take my train of 38 ore jennies pulled by a C628 and C630 to replicate the ore trains comming out of Whiskey Island in Cleveland heading towards Pittsburgh.

    Thanks for looking!

he finished Union Station with a Reading passenger train headed by a 4-6-2 Pacific by Mehano.

I went over the station with a light gray pastel and I feel it is not as stark as before.

From many years ago, a photo of an N Scale cylindrical hopper I painted for a mythical shortline. The area of the Carolinas we live in is known alternately as the Sandhills and the Midlands, so I combined the two. This is one of the few cars I've ever weathered.

A grimy CN MLW switcher that hasn't seen the wash rack in a long time goes into town for a pickup:

On the ground floor of the building behind the engine is "my" electronics sales and repair shop...

There's a handy vacuum tube tester in there for those who need to check out which one is kaput. :)

    Hardcoaler,

That mythical looks like it belongs in Midland Texas area. Lots of sandhills.

I have been upgrading my intermodals to what is more common today. I just finished the last 3 cars and 6 containers, so I won't be boring you anymore.

Yes. Embrace the healing power of "and". I don't have much scenery on my layout yet but I stumbled upon this scene while doing some signal testing. I discovered the tunnel bore is fully scenic'd.

    Well, it looks great!

And I think the story goes something like this.

A PESSIMIST sees a dark tunnel An OPTIMIST sees light at the end of the tunnel A REALIST sees a freight train The TRAIN OPERATOR sees 3 idiots standing on the tracks... - Unknown

If I look for happy accidents will I miss them? Kinda like Schrodinger's cat. I think. I'm not physics minded but I seem to remember he has something to say about cats in boxes.
