The flats I used to see at the paper mills only had two wood stacks on both ends. Logs stack on sideways.
AHM FM dummy goes with the AHM FM engine I posted in Locomotive of the Day. This dummy is ultra light. It will need some serious weights and intermountain metal wheels.
Make that three, if using a time machine going back to June of 1974: Interesting... mine had a different road number... I did find another one at a train show a few years ago to add to my "nostalgia fleet", and it has the same road number as yours. One of the reasons I like your posts - so many memories. I found this Bachman 6 Axle flat car of all places in a box where I keep paint brushes and supplies. Not sure what went on it though. On the diorama with the new hill that is not permanently installed. Will need to hot glue it down and put bushes and fallen rock and other scenery where the two meet so the line won't show.
