Well the test run of the N scale electrical transmission towers has arrived. Now I need to take time to build one and create instructions. I had it etched in stainless steal. I was told with the find detail it would be stronger. I have to say they look amazing. I will post a picture when I build one. Rick
What time period would these towers have first come to use? When I worked for Florida Power & Light's engineering department in the mid 1980s, we were doing 3D CADD drawings of 240kv and 500kv towers. I would imagine the 240kv towers started much earlier than 1980.
