Chris, you house looks almost like a house in some parts of switzerland. Great Job! Kim, thas a nice little beauty. Don't get your fingers burned on the laser. Regards Jürg
This is a project for John Bartalotto, to convert Father Nature old time reefers into old time 36' boxcars. I ground off the ice hatches, and used Transfer tape glue to stick a new wood roof on: Then I made new sliding doors and stuck on top of the hinged reefer doors: A quick and easy mod, less paint and decals. -Robert
The boxcars look great Robert! I started some around here, and had forgotten about the project now I want to get back to them! Chris
Nice work Rob.. as usual I have been PE ing all day today and I can still smell the FeCl in my nose. I tried the Bicycle I could not focus on the funny looking one so not a clear pic. Kim http://www.kimsartshop.com/
Kim, your PE's going better and better. This bicycles are so tiny! How about making some z-scale ants and spiders? Regards Jürg
I think you started him on this quest Jürg! After he seen that motorcycle, Kim just knew he was going to have some. And if you want something that is otherwise unavailable, you make it yourself! Great job Kim! -Robert
Kim, Would you please contact me off line about your old time large wheel bicycles? They fit my era perfectly. John Bartolotto
Kim, Sorry forgot the email address for you to contact me offline: jsbart@pjsnet1.de Thanks, John Bartolotto
It's time to finish some Microstru Buildings. I have allready 15 for my City but need a lot more. Robert Ray, can you show us your Railroad Hotel (from Pitmans Deli) Regards Jürg
I'm working on my barn project still. Not quite happy with the first 2 iterations, I think I got it on the third. I'll post photos when I get it built. -Robert
Not so much a physical workbench as a virtual workbench but that's how Mark 4 Design models are generated. Link below is to a screenshot of our next Z scale freight car, a Gunderson 50' exterior post high-cube boxcar. All going well it should be available within the next 10 days. Construction will be the same as the earlier waffleside car - acrylic with etched stainless steel stirrups and brake wheel. MT trucks and (body-mount) couplers will be included. Price will be around $30. http://home.ps.gen.nz/~m4d/assets/images/Gunderson_50_C.jpg We are working on getting a new website up with a lot more information on the models, more pictures etc. The 50' airslide is close to completion - we are finalizing the etched walkways etc but we will probably release another style of boxcar before the airslide is released.
