From 08/21/1992, a Georgia Woodlands Railroad train arrives with woodchip cars at line's end in Washington, GA. Owned by OmniTRAX, the 16 mile branch is former Georgia Railroad, connecting with CSX at Barnett, GA. SW-8 #45 is former Chicago West Pullman & Southern and has since been scrapped. The 6584 is a former B&O GP-9 and I'm uncertain about its life today.
Taking the time machine back, yet again. Forty some years ago, an Amtrak "Mount Rainier" heading to Seattle is passing the former Continental Grain facility in Tacoma, Washington. And it is cloudy, but NOT raining. Ha ha. F40PH #215 glides by a former Chehalis Western FM H10-44, owned by Pacific Transportation Services, leased to the grain company.
