I've crafted a fix, need to print it to test, will post updated .stl files when I'm satisfied the problem is solved and I didn't introduce any new ones...
Thanks, the 3D printing part is working quite well. Not so sure about the metal parts; I executed a botched attempt to make the crosshead guide hangar yesterday from 0.02" brass; probably need to rethink my tools. Oh, or just get OSHCut to cut 'em...
