If you pass jtomstarr's test item above, here's another one on which to play "Find The Errors": https://www.ebay.com/itm/125526318192 I'll start: They're not passenger cars.
Well, for those so nitpicky as to want the entire diesel, this guy has the whole set for only for $121.49! What a bargain!
George, I saw back to the future series.. that movie series was one of the many worst movies I have seen.. I walked out of the room. My Late Father even walked out of the room when it was on t.v. Tom
Let's see...they're not passenger cars (as you pointed out), they're not in good condition (the Carnation reefer is missing a roof walk and three hatches, the D&RG stock car is 'weathered'?). They are not 'exclusive items' (what does that even mean...only he has them?). And at $30 a car, they are not a deal...and that is only the title of the listing.
But the title does match the description, including the poor grammar. Also: They are not N Scale. (This came up in my N Scale search.)
That is the NEW 'Invisible Chassis' on the locomotive that's been talked about for years. Kinda like the 'Invisible Cabs' you see a lot of these days.
Out of all this STEAM AND DIESEL LOCOMOTIVES N SCALE (PARTS ONLY) LOT 24 | eBay, I see Some which maybe worth the effort ! Tom
We use Chewy for purchasing cat food. On the outside is usually printed, "Oh boy! A box!" Strangely, I did not feel that way upon viewing this item. Don't forget the $6.25 shipping!
That IS a pretty mint box, and I know how crazy collectors will go over something like that. I don't get it, but I accept it. Unrelated, but if I ever become a billionaire I think I am going to buy up every High Speed Reader's Digest GP-35 just to remove them from the face of the Earth. Even if most of them are priced in the single-digit dollar range, I am tired of playing Search Filter Whack-A-Mole to not have every other result be one of those alleged GP35s.
All, As for my post and the photo earlier about this SPECTRUM, N-SCALE, Locomotive, for parts/repair, CXS, see ad. (13C) | eBay the seller is Located in NT, NY .. that would be North Tonawanda, NY happens to be a Suburb of BUFFALO, NY. Tom
At that price, at lot of us have tossed out enough of these through the years to fund our retirements!
Several years ago when the X Box first came out, someone listed for auction the EMPTY BOX that the X Box came in. I guess people weren't reading all of the words (it very clearly said empty box in the listing and description). The auction closed at over $400...
More evidence that the housing market is out of control Also available: Barn and Fire House, same price each. At least the shipping is only $4.60.
