I'm posting this in case someone has or had the same issue, I've just received a Gunderson MAXI-IV pack,
    They look really nice.
During trials, one of the first car was leaning quite a bit on its' side, like 15 to 20 degrees.
I tried to push it back straight but it stayed like that so I decided to take out the bogey and inspect it.

To my surprise it seems AZL bogey's pins can't be removed like the MTL ones, they are glued in place, I wish I would have known this. I broke the top pin holder.

Once out, the bogey had what I thought some sprue residue, but at close inspection, I think it was a pin that acts as the coupler spring, and it was not correctly inserted into the box. So it was pushing the car on its side, hope this will help anyone that has the same leaning problem.

Does anyone know if AZL has a drawing showing the disassembly of the bogeys like MTL has?

Probably you can get replacement trucks and drill out the pin with a 1/16" drill bit.

Wonder why on earth they would glue the pin in. Hopefully it's a new-guy-at-the-factory thing and not something intended.

I don't know if it was glued there, but I tried to take the pin out with a plier, and it just won't budge. So instead of drilling it out (it's a good solution by the way), I won't break the remainder of the pin and will rather laser cut a washer out of some 0.023 material and glue it on top of the pin, which should hold the bogey in place.

Did anyone else acquires the latest cars and have their bolster pins that would not come out?

I ordered a BNSF so it hasn't arrived yet. (well, maybe it has...I haven't checked today yet). I'll check mine when they get here.
