Acouple more Micro-trains Pullman Passenger cars showed up. As small as my layout will be, these 50' cars look good on it.
Bombardier Twindexx Vario center car by Brawa. Came with lighting and the destination signs can be lit independently if on DCC layout. Minitrix swing top goods wagon with a track maintenance pad and a Fleischmann container car.
Had a Kato C62 JNR 2-8-2 show up today along with some track. Runs like a champ, gonna have to watch for more of these, can easily pass for US prototype.
Today, I bought 4 Micro-Trains 50' boxcars. Railbox, BCR and BN. Do I need them?? Well, there is always more space to storage...
A couple of Ice Machines...a couple of dumpsters...and some small compressors for my service trucks. .
Yeah brand new magnifying glasses and rechargeable this time. Other ones broke after about 2 years. I think I am going to have to use the Elastic Band to keep these from breaking, and even then, they might? Hope I can get at least 2 years out of these? And they are N Scale too, NOT Now hopefully I can see to fix the WS street lights, etc...
YUP.... The lighted ones with the interchangeable lens are pretty cool https://www.amazon.com/Elikliv-Magnifying-Rechargeable-Handsfree-Detachable/dp/B097B5517C?th=1
Which version is better? I like the look of both and desperately need something. I do wear glasses, so not sure which would be best.
BarstowRick and I both wear glasses. The ones I linked to...the lens holder slides back or forth. You can adjust the distance for best fit with glasses/safety glasses or better focus with/without. JMO.
Ok, since I've come back into N Scale I've decided I'm sticking to the GN/NP in the late 60's (and some obligatory early steam logging throwback stuff because I just can't resist) and I made the mistake of discovering the Lowell Smith website. Somehow the below items ended up in my mailbox this week. Years ago I volunteered a couple days at the Puyallup Fair and was able to run some of my old GN on the Mt Rainier club layout. These guys and gals are a great bunch of people so I was more than happy to support them. Then once I bought this club car I thought it would look lonely by itself so I had to pick up a couple of others.
