Maybe consider changing/modifying the name for this area on TrainBoard??? I'd like to suggest changing the name from DCC++ to possibly DCC++/DCC-EX. Greg still deserves recognition for his initial work with bringing a new DCC Command Station/Operating system to the DCC community but hasn't been involved (as far as I can tell) in taking it past the original concept. Fred and a ton of others working on the DCC-EX team have done that with basically a total rewrite of DCC++ and the addition of many, many improvements that have taken the original DCC++ and now DCC-EX to the point were it is a major option if one is considering moving into DCC or changing from the DCC system they have been using to a different one. With the enormous interest out there now in DCC-EX including it in the name I believe would bring more people to TrainBoard as they search for DCC options and advancements. Sumner
I have tried since July to contact that person in charge of TrainBoard and so far have gotten no replies to any of my messages. I'll keep trying. I have heard back from one of the other Admins, but they defer to the owner on issues like this.
