Ok I read up on both of them but I wanna find out which is better DCC or RCC. And please post why you voted the way you voted, because I dunno which system to go with.
In model railroading, DCC is supported much more by secondary add on's ,etc. For example, Kam industries computer goodies, and other companies computer goodies. RCC is almost an non-issue except in the larger scales like G. In G it is mostly a radio controlled world. You haven't said what scale this poll is for, so I almost didn't vote. Scale is very important - not much RCC in N scale... lol.
I'm planning on doing both. I currently own an Aristocraft Train Engineer with 2 receivers, each strapped to a MRC 2400. My plan is to get the Zephyr and tie the 2 TE receivers to the 2 jump ports. I can always add on a DT300 or DT400 if I feel the TE control is too limiting. But I should be getting 2 full channels of radio control, plus DCC, for the cost of the Zephyr and decoders. Not a bad deal!
