Now I am having a problem when I run my intermountain FT set acrossed the mainline switches it buzzes or sparks as it crosses the switches and my turnout leds blink for a second.

well I can't delete this post but I have solved the problem...

I um had my programming track toggle switch in the ON position...I guess I should have named myself -> n-idiot

    sorry for the post!

No problem dude. I often find that explaining a problem to someone else results in me solving the problem myself - just the way the mind works I spose.

Anyway, if someone else has that problem sometime, your post might give them the solution [IMG] .

That's why your programming track should be completed isolated from your mainline.

Stay cool and run steam.... [IMG]

My programming track doesn't exist yet as that track hasn't been laid, (I am out of track and waiting for a shipment of some).

The toggle switch is all wired up except for the two wires to the track and I will isolate the track when I get it laid.
