Hi all, Just curious. Does anyone know of any HO scale lifts similar to the Genie lifts. Here are the series that I'm kinda looking at: </font> GS Series: http://www.genielift.com/gs-series/</font> Runabout: http://www.genielift.com/runabout.asp</font> SS Series(Aerial Work Platforms): http://www.genielift.com/ss-series/</font> If there are none on the market, has anyone modeled something similar to this? Please help me out on this one guys(and gals). Thanks Matt [ 22. August 2003, 04:45: Message edited by: UP_Challenger3985 ]
I tried putting: scissor lift HO & cherry picker HO into Google.uk On a brief scan through the results, McLaren models do a 1/50 scissor lift, but as these things' prototypes come in all sizes it might do. There wasn't a picture in the link I followed. There is certainly an HO cherry picker on a lorry - may not be what you want, but .... I also tried 'access platform' 'magic carpet' and 'genie lift', but they seemed to just show what a common word HO really is You could also try these in Google.com and some other engines.
I think a Man-lift would be easier to model, and since most industries use both types, it would be prototypical. http://www.1stliftcompany.com/Boom%20Lifts/GenieBoom.jpg
