    Hi big Al,

Nice to have you here to. I have been looking at your work on the other board. I had hoped to see you at the springfield show to tell you in person how much I enjoyed your layout and also to find out how your job interview for the fire department went.

Hello there across the Long Island Sound. :D

Looks like a very nice layout, even if it is the Borg. [IMG]

Seriously though, looks like you put a lot of time and effort into it-- a thing of beauty!

Nice work [IMG] I can't wait till I get to the point of having structures with scenery on my layout.

Keep up the good work. Some great photos in your album.

    Thanks alot guys.

I started my layout February 12th 2004 and have been trucking since then. I absolutely love model trains and UP of course.

Steve I wish I could have met you too man. I love to meet people and hang out talking having a good time. I was with my club Mohegan and Pequot Model railroad club. We had a great time. Unfortunately for me I was only there on Friday night and Saturday because I had firefighter II training on Sunday and called out for Saturday and could only miss one day for the class.

Steve where are you from? Maybe we can meet someotime and others too? I am in Norwich, Ct and have a great family that will love to have visitors.

Mopman In time you will be there. It took me nearly 2 months before I track down and started scenery. I work very fast though. that is just me. When I start I just do not stop till I am very tired which sometimes I will be in the basement for up to 12 hours a day for a few days. Nowadays I do not stay down that long. I may be there for about two hours at most every few days.

    Any other guys from Connecticut?

    Hi Big Al,

How's my big buddy? I have missed hearing about you and Angela and how you were doing on your layout! Just got through going on a tour of your layout! My you have been a busy bee. Its looking great. Your track looks great as well as all the scenery and the engines look like new! Glad to see Lynette too! See, I told you she would be pretty when she got a little older! She looks just like me! HA! Give both the girls a hug from old Uncle Watash!
