First you have to have an image uploaded to a site somewhere on the internet. Railimages, a sister site to Trainboard, is a good place to start a free account and store all your photos. Then you create a link when you post to Trainboard. At the top of the Railimages home page there is a "How To" link that will step you through the process of posting a photo.

    My submission:

St. Louis - San Francisco (Frisco) #1522. This was taken in Valley Park, MO. on it's Ozark Flyer runs (last runs). I actually waited for the train and went to work late.

Wabash, Frisco, and Pacific Railway - Engine #535 - being operated by me at the controls. This is a 12" Gauge RY in St. Louis, MO. http://www.wfprr.com/

Doubleheading with engine #180 (with a 13 year old at the throttle of that one!). We were trying to pull a relatively long train by normal standards - 15 cars vs the normal 9 cars.

Mike, welcome to Trainboard, and great pictures! It is wonderful to have another steam fan aboard. Rochester, NY, eh? I'm originally from Little Falls. :D

3985 tiptoes into Laramie, WY for fuel, water, and grease, after dashing across the high Wyoming desert, and a long trip to Portland, and other points west:

A clean fire, light grade, and low tonnage makes 3985's task east of Rock River, WY an easy one:

Dang, Darren, you need to commandeer your wife's camera; or have her take more pics, she does very well!

I'm kinda partial to that pic of the sweetest- looking steam locomotive to ever grace the rails (I refer, of course, to the 1522). :D

Those pics of the WF&P steamers were good too.

Oh, like this one? I had to go back quite a few pages on this thread to find it but finally did. :D
Here is another shot from that BNSF employee special trip through Texas.

Heck, she is just getting started. Her photo's are from her new Canon Rebel SLR that she set "down" to 4MP (2,4,&8MP ranges) so she could get more photos for me for posting on the internet; rather, than for printing on 8x10's. Most of my images are either from my old/cheep 1.2MP or video frames/clips so they are not as clear as hers. So, now we have the best of both digital options are trips being use jointly and from different angles at the same time.
