Tim, If I recall correctly the bridge is a modified Kato actually Russell had an article in NSR magazine last year I think?

These are at the North end of the UP yard in St Genevieve Missouri. They protect the yard and part of the city in case of a flood. If the gates are closed, trains can access St Gen by way of Park Hills. To my understanding, the last time that happened was during the flood of 1993.
