Since I will be gone the next couple of weeks, a few projects I wanted to do with the model has to wait. I took advantage of the hollow interior and split the back door to have them open. There will be a kind of interior like shelves and one or two additional bikes. I also wanted to have a ramp with a Preiser riding down a bike. I was looking through my collection of Preiser if I could find a Paul SR. which would be really cool. I still want to perfect the chopper maybe paint the sides instead of stickers.
Finished Roadway 28 foot pup trailer and a 45 foot rib side. Decals were custom made using Testors paper Will dullcoat and weather tomorrow
Steve are you going to offer the the wheels and legs as separate peices as I want to build logging trailers and don't want to sacrfice atlas tractor for the rear wheels

Line through your name Ryan: A line through your name means that the email address in your personal profile doesn't work and TrainBoard can't send you emails...nor can anyone else who uses that address. Would you please update it? Thanks. AFAIK, that is all there is to the line. Someone (besides me) will have to remove it. You can email TB after you change the address. Someone will do it soon.
Here's what I came up with, Overnite Transportation 45' I have a 28 footer I'm working on from the leftovers,Just gotta find some wheels.
Roland, I love your Orange County Choppers trailer. American Choppers is one of my most favorite tv shows on cable.
"Steve, are you going to offer the the wheels and legs as separate peices as I want to build logging trailers and don't want to sacrfice atlas tractor for the rear wheels" YES, The assembled Atlas wheel bogie will be available seperately. Nice job on the kits Gentlemen, Thank you for participating. Looking forward to seeing them all. We are planning the official release for November.
Work is in progress on my kit. Trailer 1 is a 48' Consolidated Freightways trailer with roller shutter door. Trailer 2 is a Ragtop pup (without the rag at the minute!!). Having great fun with this, the sides of the 48' trailer were each made up of 4 sections to get a close to accurate rib configuration. The pup has spare Atlas legs and wheels left over from a GHQ kit. Next job is painting. Got ideas for a few more so I am looking forward to the kits getting released
I finished my 40 footer today. This was a very fun kit to do, and it turned out great. I look forward to doing more!
End view. I tried to make it look 'patched' and 'used'. The tail lights were just holes drilled, painted red, and covered with window maker.
Thanks for including me in the kit building Steven. This is a really cool kit that is fun to put together, and looks great!
