    Hi!

A while back we talked about landing craft, and I'd like to draw your attention to an EBay-only vehicle provider that just started making Higgins Boats. I've bought lots of other stuff from this store, like the International dump truck that recently got lights, and I'm very happy. The models are pretty good, reasonable cheap and usually of models not otherwise available. The handle is trainlover890 on EBay.

That one unassuming flatbottom boat nearly singlehandedly won WWII... Would make a great war-era flatcar load!!

I checked his ebay site. He has a lot of interesting vehicles. I could always use some UPS trailers

I remember seeing a photo of a string of flatcars carrying a bunch of these landing craft during WWII. The boats were loaded on their sides to provide lateral clearance. If I can find the book, I'll scan the photo and post it.
