A friend just called. Was all excited. He's a fan of Milw in South Dakota. And had just acquired a brand new book. "Images of Rail- South Dakota Railroads." Softcover- Arcadia Publishing. My friend said it was all photos and captions. Old post card views. Milw, and C&NW family companies. Lot's of depots. CM&PS cars, etc. Hopefully, I'll be seeing him next week. And can take a look at his copy. He's been a good judge of similar books in the past. So, may need to add this to my shopping list. Anyone else seen it? Boxcab E50
'regional' series? I've found a paperback series recently, each volume focuses on a specific region of the United States, the title you mentioned sounds similar to these books, might it be the same?
Could be. I'd not checked further into this book. A couple of fellows I know that have it, are very happy with their purchase. But any other issues? I can't say. Anyone know more? Boxcab E50
