    They are great stories; I always enjoy them. Sort of like reading stories by our "Lew" TB member. I think I like them because they are so simple and straightforward. And, told by the person it happened to!

    Last time I'd e-mailed Al, was about two years ago. Between work, and life, he'd sort of burned out. Was tired. But said then he'd get back to it one day.

    The 7-29-05 link is the new story. The last entry 10-15-04 was the most recent until a few days ago. He's just backdating the entry.

    Man that is great they put that SD60M on the bizz train. Some of the guys in NW would love that, they think managment should see some of these units that we have to work with every day. I would hate to be the driver of the MOW truck.

    From what I gathered he has been working the yard on a switcher for the past couple years because he wanted predictable hours, however that does not give him a whole lot to write and/or take pictures about. But I am really glad to see a new one too. Birken
