    Hello:
I need some assistance from, all of the fellow model railroaders; out there.

I am in search of the first release of Athearn Ready To Roll, 30K, Ethanol, Tank Cars in the three (3) pack with the number 94263. I have checked numerous places, and Horizon Hobby in Champagne, Illinois, is out of them.
I had bought and paid for them, but unfortunately. My hobby dealer had a family emergency, and called a friend in to watch the shop, during his absence. His friend inadvertently, let another model railroader purchase my 94263. I am still looking and haven't given up hope, at finding it.
Can anyone out there, help in this search. I am new to the Trainboard and heard about it, from another modeler. If you have knowledge of the whereabouts of a 3 pack with number 94263, please email me at Trainwrecker60@AOL.com, with a telephone number, so that I may call and purchase it.

    Sincerely,
    Trainwrecker60

What is the bump, need more, about? Asking for help, in a simple area. Either you can or you can't! That is all.
    Sincerely.

FLash "bumped" this post to get more attention drawn to it. There was nothing malicious in his actions, so no harm, no foul.

If you want places to look, may I suggest checking out the folks who advertise on Trainboard, such as Internet Trains. They may have what you're looking for. Matter of fact, they're all listed in the Advertisers section of Trainboard. Wig-Wag Trains, Alan Curtis Models, and Feather River Trains are all N scale hobby shops, so rule those out if you're looking for HO cars.

Also, eBay is a good place to search- just have to keep looking to see what they have, and some stores sell almost exclusively on eBay.

    Good luck in your search.

I just "bumped" it back into the 24 hour section because it had no responses, so far. I certainly had no clue about the answer.

    Welcome to TrainBoard!

    Trainwrecker60: I sent you a PM.

I should not have used the term "add more." I will do better next time. The minimum number of characters in a TB post is 10. When I entered "bump," TB said to "add more" to my post to make it over 10 characters, so I did. :embarassed: Bad terminology! I'm learning all the time.

    Flash & Frisco Bob:

Thank You, Sincerely. The information and suggestions are well taken, and appreciated greatly. When, we as model railroaders unite, anything is possible. Also, there was no ill intent in my original repsonse, and I hope it wasn't taken that way. Being new to the board, I didn't understand the term "bump". But, I do now.

    Sincerely,
    Trainwrecker60@AOL.com:shade:

These are the car numbers you are looking for, I believe. The reporting marks are UTLX.

    This is a (3) car set, Athearn # 94263 Car numbers: 204406, 204418 and 204420.

    Flash:
Yes, they are, with the small exception of the first number you quoted, in the three pack. It is 205406, everything else is perfectly correct. I am not sure how to bump, but it would be greatly appreciated, if you could tell me or do it, for me. Got more responses, from the bump. Still, looking and calling individual hobbyshops. Trying to cross-reference between five different model railroad magazines, so not to do a repeated call.

    Sincerely,
    Trainwrecker60:thumbs_up:
