[FONT=VERDANA,ARIAL,DEFAULT][SIZE=-2]When you're planning or laying Unitrack, you'll often find that everything would work just great were it not for a gap (or overlap) of a few mm.

The solution? Pick up several packs of these:

    20-030 64mm straight
    20-091 Short Track Assortment (29mm + 45mm)

... AND use the Unitrack Tangent Gap-Filling Cheat Sheet, which follows. I developed this out of desperation; using the Cheat Sheet beats the heck out of trial-and-error fitting.

It will take me a while to digest the numbers. I still think in inches.

But the suggestion of having an ample supply of fitter pieces on hand is well taken. Even with a box full the one piece you need is the one you don't have. That is when the razor saw is your most valuable track tool.

Thanks Bryan. :) This will be helpful... hopefully no need for expanding track to be used.

I prefer to have the track meet perfectly... even though my trackwork most likely won't be perfect. ;)

It is a good thing that I didn't do the math and post the chart.
