Hi Everyone; A couple of weeks ago I went to a Train show and got a pretty good deal (I think) on 5 Heljin kits, 3 Superior Bakery's and 2 Weekly Herald's for $15. Now I'm looking for ideas as to what to make with them. If you have any photos or suggestions I would really like to see or hear about them. Thanks
Wow... MOP, That sounds like a good deal to me! My advice would be to kitbash them into a dairy or tanning complex like those pricy Walthers modular units. I would take the pieces like the sides, ends and roof, and make photocopy 'paperdolls' then you could cut and fit them together without a lot of effort. Don't cut up the real pieces until you've got a arrangement you're happy with. 2slim
These were the original modular wall sections. Art Curren of MR bashed and rebashed them (mostly in HO). MR has republished most of the articles in various books of theirs. Bob in IDaho
