I was looking at the Pro-Z items, due to be released soon, and seen this item: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10057141 I just received some cars just like these from another seller, "We Honest" off ebay! haha! We Honest! :shade:
These are the ones I got off ebay in Bulk: They must be "Factory Seconds" or something, because i got them from an Honest seller! haha!
Marui should be a good company, because they make very fine and accurate replica guns, but it don't seem to pretty on thoose models :s
WOW! Did you see the other stuff, like the diorama's and buildings, and that loco wheel cleaner looks promising! Nice stuff. And that make me LOL, "We Honest"!
I notice that site also sells Micro Ace products. I found this Micro Ace loco on E-bay: http://cgi.ebay.com/Japan-Rail-N-Mi...goryZ486QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem The sell is "trustdeal-for-you" Sounds like it may be the same \honest/ people. Those may work for those new modern autoracks coming.
Did y'all see the Crossing Track Item code: PZR-07, Store code: 10057098? This is great! If this is correct and this all comes out to exactly 1:220 Marklin/MTL Z scale compatible then the Japanese have opened up an entire new market in Z and we will reap the benefits cause it will not be long after that they start producing American prototypes! John
I just check on one of the Pro Z locos and it states that it is 1/200 scale with a track width of 6.5mm. John
I have one of the Pro-Z 7 car sets on order. It is supposed to come in a book like the Kato passenger cars do, but has 1 loco and 6 passenger cars in the book. These are JZ Scale, but the track is Z Scale 6.5mm. There is another site selling track just like MTL Micro-Track, that they call "Real Track": http://realzj.com/parts/realtrack/index.html Their line is called "Real ZJ", and we also have Akia ZJ, and Pro-Z all making Japanese Z Scale stuff, with the rumor that Kato is thinking of jumping in to show the boys how it's done. All the stuff looks to be Kato clones anyways.
I believe the "Real ZJ" and Akia are actually the same. They seem to have changed the name. I thought I had seen that Pro Z was 1:220. Robert, are you holding out on us again on that EBay source on the cars? I didn't realize these accessories were out yet. Garth said the Pro Z track looks exactly like MTL's track. Randy
I never tell anyone my sources until I have a lifetime supply for myself. Now that I have all their trees, cars, people, and lights, I tell... it's "We Honest" store. Paypal converts currency to other countries for you, so bid on any ebay that ships worldwide. I got about 900 painted Z Scale people now. Just enough for some buildings and passenger car interiors.
This might work out good to get another player in the mix for more z products. If kato were to get into z I'd buy, they were the best when I was in N.
Question? Robert, What are your thoughts of their TREES? How about the VEHICLES? Do the wheels roll? Thanks! Hobo Tim
Athearh to enter Z? Hi guys. yeah Robert just how detailed are those cars? How are the paint jobs? What years and what makes? also I heard that Athearn is contemplating entering Z scale. If any body knows anything, please spill your guts. I heard this from reliable sources. Des Plaines hobby shop in Des Plaines Illinois.
