Back from the annual FREMO meeting. I've seen a lot of very good modules. More pictures with videos at Jahrestagung 2008 Wolfgang
Wolfgang, We (RIT Model RR Club) hosted our free-mo meet this past weekend, also. We had modules from Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, and Missouri (If you count myself being a college student in New York, but am from Missouri... ) We had a total of 48 modules. Granted, we are gaining interest in Free-mo, but it is still just a handful of us. We still made up a decent run! Here are some of MY photos. march_2008_run_session Photo Gallery by mrw5390 at pbase.com others may start floating around the internet. Perhaps I can gain permission to put them on my album for a direct reference. Regards, Mike Walsh
I am very interested in Free-mo, but the nearest group that I'm aware of is over 4 hours away (I'm in western MO), so attending weeknight work sessions and learning-by-doing under the watchful/helpful eye of The Experienced Ones is pretty much out of the question...
Mike, great pictures. Do you have an layout plan from the meeting? How did you operate your trains? We run the trains following the timetable with car cards and waybills. riverotter1948, to meet other guys is always helpful. But you can start you own group. Wolfgang

Harold and Wolfgang, those pictures are quite enjoyable to view. I am always surprised at the level of detail some of your members create. Thanks as always for sharing
