I recently saw a model of a larger boxcar (60'+) in CP Multimark. It was light blue overall, and the multimark was inset from the end, and the black and white were reversed. I have a vague memory of seeing photos of this scheme long ago, but I don't know if they were real or model. I've never seen this in reality that I can remember. Do they exist?

    Triplex,

Can you give us any more information on this car such as possible use, type of car or any part of the car number?

The Canadian Freight Railcar Gallery may be of use -

Okay, it was a 50' car with a single plug door and roofwalk.

    Nope never existed.

In fact the only official use of blue on CP equipment was on their trucking lines (Smith's Transport & CP Express)

Their was some patched boxcars in blue. (ex St Laurence)

And I guess the reverse-color multimark is just as fictitious. I'm suspecting this wasn't a custom paint job, but a factory-painted model. The roofwalk was molded on; it looked like an older HO model. But I've never seen another of these...?

I honestly can't ever remember seeing anything (on rails) with the circle in the Multimark painted anything but white...

Some Tyco cars I'm used to seeing all the time, like the BN green 50' box. Not this one, though.
