Guys, It's been a while since I've been on here, so glad to see Trainboard is alive and well. If it doesn't break any rules, I'd like to encourage you to visit the Cowcatcher Round Up's new website at: cowcatcher round up Thanks! Tim
For those of you who haven't had an opportunity, make the effort to get ahold of a copy of the Cowcatcher Round Up. We (Texans, et al) are fortunate to have a regional publication such as this period, much less one at the high level of quality that Tim produces. And most of the articles have universal appeal so this truly is one of the best kept secrets in our great hobby.* *I am a little biased as Tim is a friend, and I have contributed a few articles. But don't let that stop you! ;-)
one more Texican chiming in I've read a few print copies of the Cowcatcher Roundup, and I agree- it's a good publication. And I do not personally know either one of the previous two gentlemen....... ........but I do recommend a loook-see at it.
Got my first copy of Cowcatcher this weekend and I'm glad to subscribe. It covers my area and that's what I need.
