DERBY CITY EXPRESS--Questions Anybody?

How's the traffic in Louisville? Any road construction going on? I'm stay in a hotel east of Louisville on I-64.

 

Nothing to speak of. Nothing on the Interstates. The only bad times are AM & PM rush.

You'll be able to go on the tour without first going through registration. For those on the afternoon layout tour, we will have a special arrangement to get your registration stuff to you.

No packets were mailed.

The meeting for the tours will be in the Galt House main lobby, 30 minutes prior to departure.

Paul, I have signed up and paid for the layout tour tomorrow morning (Wednesday), but due to a travel change, won't arrive until Wednesday evening (a very tight connection in Chicago willing!). Perhaps you could select some deserving person to go in my place as my treat?

Paul,I am in loop 7.Can we bring coolers into the loop with drinks or is it prohibited in the convention center?

 

Do you need to signup to go to a clinic?

 

You can bring coolers and food, just bring it in through the loading dock. There will be concession stands on Saturday and Sunday.

 

No sign-up needed, but you do have to be registered for the DCE.
