On my ever spiraling search for HO scale motorcycles I have come across a Roco Minitank Motorcycle. 1/87th in scale which is good (or so it is claimed by a few websites). Anybody ever use these military figures and vehicles on their set ups?
I found a good price on 12 motorcycles (4 with sidecars and 8without, all with figures) for around 2 bucks a piece.
Anyone have any experience, advice, suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.:ru-biggrin:

i collected, detailed and painted a lot of roco as a kid back in the 70's. now as i'm starting into ho railroading i found my old roco tanks and have decided to work them into my modules for our club. i'm building a military vehicle and frieght transfer base using a combination of walthers buildings, flat cards to haul tanks and then all my roco vehicles. roco stuff is great and highly detailed and i think it makes for a great layout. i hope you find the motorcycles you are looking for. you won't be disappointed by the roco!

The old Roco bikes were WW2 BMWs.

Not much change in 60+ years so they should look right at home in a modern layout

    Quick Update

The BMWs are clean and cool. Nice price point on many internet providers. 12 bikers (8 solo bikes and 4 with sidecar) all in the same position. Custom painting and spreading out should look good as military or as moderns.
Can't wait to get them painted.
When I start putting them together and painting them I'll try to post some follow ups.
