Currently, Me and a fellow club member own two C44-9W's painted in DRGW scheme. However, i recently recived a "FREE" Athearn Genisis SD70M. Cutsom painted for Milwaukie Road, But not for long Hehehe. Now i'm still deciding on a possible "Safety" scheme for this Unit. It'd be similar to the BN SD60M Triclops, with Orange Lines on the nose were the white is on BN's (sorry for the horrible Nose Stripes) Colors are off, Just to show what i might possibly do with the orange. If not, it will recive the same scheme as the other two. (Nose stripes are now applied) Let me know what you think!
Looks good! I'm doing something similar with my future layout of the Elgin Joliet and Eastern. I'm painting some SD45 High hoods, SD45's low hoods, and SD40's in the traditional "J" orange paint scheme. After seeing your dash 9 I might do something similar with a more modern locomotive for my fleet!
