Also, one more thing. If you have a title for your image it will help me out in posting the poll. It can also help identify your image for voters. This is not a requirement, just something to think about when posting your entry. [IMG]

Mark, Not for me. I really don't live close to any rail lines other than metro transit rail lines. Probably why I'm not a railfan. Cheers, Jim CCRR/Socalz44

I will have to sit this one out too since we were getting our last camping trip in over the weekend. I look forward to seeing everyone's entries.

    Shelby at first light

BNSF's secondary main to Great Falls, and Billings MT terminates in Shelby, MT. Here's the daily "Turkey Track" local to GTF leaves Shelby at first light on a chilly morning:

The old NKP freight depot in Kokomo Indiana. Now home of the Central Railroad of Indianapolis. I was their signal maintainer for 12 years.

Darn, missed it by that much. Oh well, maybe next time I'll check in before 11:25pm Pacific time.

    Greg,
The time's up post has not been made--yet. There's still time, if you see this before Mystere does!;)

    Hey Greg,

Like Hemi said, whenever in doubt, post an entry anyways. 93% of the time you'll get the benefit of the doubt. I'd rather have to exclude an entry rather than see someone miss out completely. [IMG]

    Hi Dave,

This is a hard call given that Greg above passed up posting an entry, thinking it was too late. Technically, the rule post states 10pm.. but also, technically, any time before the "times up" post. Like I said above to Greg, I give you the benefit of the doubt, especially to new participants. I will include your image in the poll. [IMG]

    Everyone else,

I'm going to re-write the rule for the cutoff time so that it is more clear for future contests. I hope no one has any objections to any of the above. If so, please contact me via PM and we can work out an understanding. [IMG]

OK, with that, the contest is now closed. I'm posting the poll now.

Also, once again, multiple choices are allowed for when you cant decide between two or more images. In order to vote for multiple entries, you must select all entries you choose at the same time, before you hit the vote button. [IMG]
