Kato SD70M pics posted.

Kato has posted the pics of the SD70M on the website.They look nice and have a upgraded motor with shock absorber technology.It will be nice to see what this is all about.Anyway I have now ordered 2 in the UP flag scheme.I still can't bring myself to order any NS power.

 

They look good. Now bring on the non-flared units Kato.

 

I saw those too. Tempting, but I'll stick with my 1980s era. I will be picking up an F40 though for my "Missouri Mule".

naah, just the regular NS numbers...

 

Pictures look sharp... I have a few NS on reserve.... like all Kato locos, I am sure I'll be pleased with them.

Ok, I admit they look cool. If they had some fantazy schemes like GN Orange/olive or CP multi mark I'd go for it. Shucks, I they had undec I'd buy at least two. oh well, I'll save the money for scenery.

They should be here very shortly actually!

 

They are scheduled for April. However our info indicates they are already on the water and could be in our hands in time for the Denver show 4/16-17.

 

Off topic, but...

Will the new run of bethgons be in around the same time? Thanks.

The KATO website says they have shipped. Does this mean shipped from Japan, or shipped from Chicago to dealers? Al.
