All, Have 2 Atlas N Scale H15-44 switch engines, with factory DCC decoders installed. One runs pretty good. The other at about half speed, at full throttle. Does anyone have, or can provide decoder CV information? As well as how to turn on marker lights. Information appreciated. Thanks.
