The pulling ability could be partly down to the low gearing, it's the only thing I have from Kato that doesn't do 400mph at 6 volts. It's running at full speed in the video.
I think you mean the HO scale IHC from Mehano? They are very rare now, I have the Muni version. The motor quality alright and the interior lighting is a joke...more like an x-ray machine~

I know that one of the Trainboard advertisers (and my favorite online Hobby shop) is listing them as a special order. Try on that store's "News Page" with a listing date of Jan 26 for info.
