    Hi Trainboard,
I ask a question and beg for enlightenment for my ignorance.
I have been coming and going past Clovis, New Mexico to Alberquerque to see my 9 month old Granddaughter, and have noticed the Propane tanks located on the double mains on the BNSF. Located near the 698 mile posts and East, closer to Clovis. The question I have is what are these used for???
My best guess is to de-ice the wheels before arriving in Clovis at the yard there??

Also I saw a Red and Silver Warbonnett(SD45?) numbered 101 headed West on Sunday (4-4-10)at approx 8PM. It was 3rd in line in a container train.:tb-wacky: Sorry no pics due to I was driving and my wife was asleep.

Any switches in that area? Usually, they would be for deicing switches.
