I zoomed in on the windows. You've got curtain pulls to pull down the shades! That's an amazing detail.

I've never used it, but there's something called "Squadron Putty" which is made for hand-molding small plastic additions like this. One of these days, I'm going to get some and turn a couple of generic figures into Homer and Marge.

Nice work and detail. I remember seeing the girls in school wearing that same dress (well not THAT one). Now I'm waiting to see the petticoats LOL.

    Figure-bashing is fun.

Now I need to find time to finish the mirror-ball lights and roof...

Try searching for Das modelling clay. It is air dried.

    Candy carping again

So here I am frustrated again. I saw this building...Heljan...Synagogue 322-1000...and I thought, what a pretty building! It looked like it would make a perfect Catholic high school and it was only $19.98! Yes yes, I was one of those girls in those plaid tartan skirts....anyway, I thought it would make a perfect school so I went looking through the pages of my Walters catalog for some nuns and students. Vollmer had nuns but I couldn't find any school girls! Where are all the girls in school uniforms! There I go again! First no girls in petticoats and now no catholic school girls! With all the Catholic and private schools, and public school that require uniforms, I figured I would have lots to choose from....NO! Nothing! Again nothing!

Okay I carped long enough. I'd better get back to work before I get myself in trouble.

With your skill set I'm sure you will come up with something. Maybe a fabric store might have a tiny plaid pattern that you could use.
