state flag not working?

    I selected the west virginia state flag under the profile details, but it dos not work, it shows a red X. Any reason that could be? thanks

    I'm not sure why it is not working. I will look if I get time but the state flag feature is going to disappear with our new software upgrade.

    The flag feature is an add-on and I'm afraid that feature has not been replicated for the next generation of the software.
